Return Policy
At Kanberra Gel SA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the product under the following conditions:
Return Period
You may return your Kanberra Gel product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Return
All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet this condition.
Return Process
- Please contact our customer service team at returns@kanberragel.co.za to initiate the return process.
- We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
