  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer delivery services throughout South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order:

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Major cities: 3-5 business days
    • Outlying or rural areas: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery:
    • Major cities: 1-2 business days (where available)

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R1,000 within South Africa.
  • For orders below R1,000, shipping fees will apply based on your selected delivery method and location.

4. Delivery & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the courier details.
  • You can track your package on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during the estimated delivery time.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within South Africa.
